TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of MOSH at degenmosh.fun (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws, including tax obligations.

2. Non-custodial service

MOSH never holds your funds or keys. Every blockchain transaction (launching a token, buying at launch) is constructed for review and signed inside your own wallet. We cannot access, freeze, move or recover your assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and for every transaction you sign.

3. Token launches

Tokens created through the Service are user-generated content, deployed by you to public Solana liquidity infrastructure. You are the issuer — not MOSH.
You are responsible for the legality of any token you create, including its name, imagery and any claims you make about it.
A small platform fee applies to launches, and the trading fee tier you select is wired into the token's pool configuration at creation.
Creator pledges (e.g. "Burn pledge", "Buyback pledge") are public promises made by the token creator. They are displayed for transparency and are not verified or enforced by MOSH.
Liquidity for tokens launched here is permanently locked by the underlying pool design; "graduation" (crowd-surfing) follows the pool's bonding-curve mechanics.

4. Perps points game

The "Perps" feature is a points-based simulation staked in virtual points. There are no token deposits, nothing is custodied, and positions settle in points only.
Points are not money. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable, transferable or refundable, and may be adjusted or reset (including between 7-day seasons or for suspected abuse).
Season prize pools and any announced token reward allocations (including $MOSH reserves for point farmers), if any, are displayed for transparency and distributed at the team's discretion to season winners over time. Estimated reward splits shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and do not make points redeemable.

5. Listed & external tokens

The Service displays tokens launched on MOSH and may also list external Solana tokens (with origin badges such as PUMP or SOL). Listings, charts, prices, holder data and "health" indicators are informational only, sourced from third-party APIs, and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are extremely volatile; you can lose everything. Do your own research.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, fraud, or market manipulation (including wash trading and exploit of pricing/points mechanics).
No infringing, hateful, or illegal content in token metadata or chat.
No attacks on the Service: scraping at abusive rates, exploiting bugs, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with operation.

We may remove content, delist tokens from our interface, mute chat, or restrict access to the interface at our discretion to protect users and the Service. Delisting from the interface does not and cannot affect tokens on-chain.

7. Intellectual property

The MOSH name, logo and site design are ours. Token content belongs to its creators. You grant us a license to display content you submit (token metadata, chat) within the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA (INCLUDING PRICES AND CHARTS) WILL BE ACCURATE. BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS AND THIRD-PARTY APIS ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSH AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSSES FROM TOKENS LAUNCHED OR TRADED BY USERS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOSH and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your tokens, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these terms (the date above will change) or modify/discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
